4. User Content

6.1 Tournament Organizer Responsibilities
As a tournament organizer, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your tournament complies with all applicable rules and regulations
- Managing participant registrations appropriately
- Recording accurate match results
- Communicating with participants in a timely manner
6.2 Public Tournaments
Tournaments may be shared publicly via a unique link. You acknowledge that public tournament information will be accessible to anyone with the link.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Championat and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Championat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
